Terms of sale

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We are registered for GST and a tax invoice is issued with every order.

Prices can change. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the moment you check out.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when you pay. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Stock is limited, and we will not pretend otherwise. If something sells out between your order and our packing bench, we refund you rather than backorder you without asking.

Where a discount code is offered, one discount code applies per order and codes cannot be combined with subscription pricing.

Where subscriptions are offered, they can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next dispatch.

BARE is a toothbrush. Nothing on this site is dental or medical advice. If you have a specific dental condition, gum disease, or a clinician who has told you which brush to use, follow them, not us.

Bristles are a natural material. Colour, stiffness and appearance vary slightly between brushes and between batches. That is the nature of the material rather than a defect.

Replace your brush every eight to twelve weeks.

Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Beyond those rights, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited, at our option, to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the law of South Australia.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
